Our Supports Brokers empower individuals and families to have greater choice and control over how their services are delivered. We act as a partner, resource, and advocate to ensure one can live a meaningful life in their community, supported by staff they choose and trust.

Partnering with our Supports Broker means having someone by your side to help you navigate the Participant-Directed Services (PDS) process. We assist all Common Law Employers (CLE) and Managing Employers (ME) with everyday task. A Supports Broker doesn’t make decisions for you — instead, we give you the tools, information, and guidance to make the best choices for yourself or your loved one.
